Client: Any professional or individual legally capable under Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the website subject to these general terms and conditions.

The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of June 21, 2014, for trust in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
7.1 Data Collection Responsibility
For the Personal Data collected within the framework of the User’s personal account creation and their browsing on the Site, the entity responsible for processing Personal Data is Buddy Guide Ltd, represented by Astrid Bauwens, its legal representative.
As the data controller for the data it collects, https://www.buddy.mu undertakes to comply with the current legal framework. It is notably the Client's responsibility to determine the purposes for its data processing, provide prospects and clients with complete information on the processing of their personal data (following their consent collection), and maintain a treatment register that accurately reflects reality. Each time https://www.buddy.mu processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of Personal Data regarding the purposes for which it processes them.
7.2 Purpose of Data Collection

User Personal Data may be processed by affiliates and subcontractors of https://www.buddy.mu (service providers) exclusively for the purposes of this policy.
In line with their respective roles and for the purposes mentioned above, the main people likely to access User data are primarily agents of our customer service team.
8. Incident Notification
Despite all efforts, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is entirely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
